Who operates Lockerly
Lockerly is developed by Nuvo Innovations. This policy explains the app’s local notebook storage and ordinary website connections. For privacy questions, visit the Nuvo Innovations website using the link below; no dedicated privacy email or form is configured in this prototype.
Your notebook stays in your browser
Collections, custom fields and their values, item names, notes, QR/barcode content, scan history, timestamps, and compressed photo Blobs are saved in IndexedDB on your device. The app does not upload this notebook content to Nuvo Innovations or search engines. There is no account, backend notebook database, or cloud sync. Other people with access to your browser profile may be able to access these records.
Camera and photos
Camera access is requested only when you start scanning or choose a camera photo. Decoding happens on your device, using browser scanning capabilities or a bundled decoder, without a remote decoding service. Camera tracks are stopped when you leave Scan or the app moves to the background. Selected photos are compressed and saved locally; temporary preview URLs are released. Camera and photo permissions can be managed in your browser or device settings.
No analytics or advertising tracking
Lockerly does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. It does not measure your app screen visits or send your notebook activity to an analytics service. Public website pages may appear in Google Search; private records stored in your browser are not published or made available for search indexing.
Hosting, third parties, and international processing
Loading this website sends ordinary connection information, including an IP address and requested resources, to the hosting provider. Hosting providers may maintain operational or security logs under their own policies. Opening an external link or sending feedback through a configured third-party form shares information with that service. Hosting and external service providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell notebook content or use it for advertising.
Your controls and backups
Use ZIP export to obtain a copy of records and photos. Delete items or collections, clear history independently, or use Clear all data to erase the local notebook. Browser site-data controls can erase notebook data and offline app files. ZIP backups are readable files that may contain private information: keep them secure. We cannot recover data that exists only on your device. For privacy concerns, contact us through the Nuvo Innovations website.
Children and changes
Lockerly is intended for general personal use and is not designed to collect children’s personal information. Do not include sensitive information you do not want stored in this browser. We will update this policy when practices change and explain material changes in the app when appropriate.
